1. Work flow of heatless regeneration adsorption dryer
The heatless regeneration adsorption dryer uses a pressure swing adsorption regeneration cycle to exchange compressed air through two drying cylinders A and B filled with adsorbent, that is, when one cylinder absorbs water vapor under a high partial pressure (working pressure) state , the other drying cylinder analyzes at low partial pressure (accepts atmospheric pressure), and then switches according to the set time program.


The wet air enters the A drying cylinder from the lower pipe diameter through the A1 valve, and then
Flows upward through the adsorbent layer, and the dried air is discharged from the upper piping system.
Part of the dry air (about 14%) passes through the upper duct system to regenerate the air
Adjust the valve to enter the B drying cylinder, and the decompressed dry air (called regeneration gas) will analyze and regenerate the adsorbent in the B drying cylinder from top to bottom to restore the drying capacity of the adsorbent. The regeneration gas passes through the lower pipe B2 valve and The muffler vents to the atmosphere.
