Many users have encountered many problems in the process of operating the Nitrogen Generator for food industry. The following are the correct operating procedures for switching on and off of the Nitrogen Generator for food industry.

Boot sequence:
1. First check the position of the system valve. The outlet valve of the air compressor is normally open, the valve door is closed, the water inlet and outlet valves of the booster are closed, and the intake valve of the nitrogen storage tank is closed.
2. Power up the system
3. Turn on the Nitrogen Generator for food industry, and after the meter shows a value, set the temperature value on the thermometer to 40°C and set the purity value on the purity table to 0.6.
4. Turn on the dryer and make it work for 1-2 minutes, and at the same time, check that the evaporation table cannot be 0.
5. Adjust the sampling flowmeter of the Nitrogen Generator for food industry to about 1.5.
Shutdown sequence:
1. Set the temperature on the temperature gauge of the Nitrogen Generator for food industry to 0°C. When the actual temperature is lower than 30°C, close the throttle of the nitrogen generator, make the intake pressure gauge 0, and turn off the air compressor.
2. Turn off the power of the dryer.
3. Turn off the power supply of the supercharger, then close the water inlet valve and the water return valve, and close the intake throttle of the nitrogen storage tank
4. Turn off the power of the Nitrogen Generator for food industry.
