The nitrogen generator noise application

Noise suction is the main measure to control the noise. According to the reality prove, after noise suction the mixed sound can be decreased to 5dB-10dB.

Noise can be sorted into aerodynamic noise and machinery noise. The aerodynamic noise is the main element, it happens by the turbo noise and rotation noise. The two noise’ level is due to the configuration, flow, pressure and rotation of nitrogen generator.

According to the test, the noise of the nitrogen generator is focused on the low and middle frequency area of nitrogen generator. In the two fields the size of air handling unit is very compact and meanwhile the installation of the nitrogen generator is under the quiet area or room, so all the elements are not good for decreasing dynamic noise. Right now the nitrogen generators has two kinds of noise decreasing , one is forward leaning multi-airfoil impeller, the other one is backward inclined arc impeller.
